Neil Bain joined LGFA as Chief Financial Officer on 19 March 2012. Neil was previously the Head of Accounting and Transactional Services at the New Zealand Debt Management Office (NZDMO) where he was responsible for managing the NZDMO’s financial accounting, forecasting and operational functions. Prior to NZDMO, Neil worked for the Reserve Bank of NZ in a variety of roles including financial markets risk policy, financial accounting and treasury operations management.
